First, you will want to disconnect the battery cables from the battery. Next go to your starter which will be under the truck at the front of the transmission. You will need to unbolt the starter from the transmission and disconnect the electrical wires from the starter. Remember where each wire goes to, then replace new starter by going in reverse.
