It is either time for a oil and filter change or the engine is low on oil.
To "change" the clock you need to "change" the radio..... To "change" the time, see Setting the Clock on page 3-9 of your "Owner's Manual", under Section 3: Comfort Controls and Audio Systems.....
Turn radio on. Press button with clock symbol. Select fields for h:m, date. Change numbers using tuning knob. Press button with clock symbol when finished.

The 2003 Alero does not have the hour and minute buttons to change the time. The instructions for the clock are also not in the 2003 Alero Owner Handbook either. your owners manual will tell you how to do it, usually 2 small buttons on radio, 1 for hrs. and the other for min.
On your radio push the SVC button just below the CD button. You will see an option for time/date, select that and change the time accordingly. After you've changed the time wait a few minutes and the digital clock time will change as well.
