if your asking this question, there is a good chance you don't have the extended knowledge to handle this. then it should be left to a professional. however if you are intent on doing this job yourself you should retain a manual such as a chiltons. this will be your ally and pay close attention to the timing marks they determine whether or not itll run again. Toyota is forgiving however because most of their engines are non interference and will not break if you don't line up the marks properly.
