Put engine at TDC on compression stroke
Remove front plastic, gas tank, upper mount, chain tensioner and valve cover,
Remove Ignition side cover and flywheel.
Remove cam sproket and old chain
Install new chain. Ensure Sprock marks are even with cylinder head, center mark on top, cam decompresion mark on top. Install sprocket.
Install Flywheel and side cover
Install valve cover
Install chain tensioner, outer bolts first, then center bolt
Rotate engine by hand to check for intereference.
Start motor.
All OK? Install upper mount, tank and plastic
