I just did this myself on my 2001 Chevy Express although you will need something to clamp the fuel lines otherwise you will get gas on you like I did. It is located underneath the van just in front of the gas tank on the driver's side. Wear goggles!!! It takes about 5 minutes to do but you need to do it from underneath and is very self explanatory when you look at it. Good luck.
