Look around the master cylinder, wheel cylinders and flexible lines.
The brake fluid level will drop as the disc pads wear and the pistons move out to compensate.Probably the biggest actual leak source is the rear wheel cylinders mentioned above,(Unless you have four discs)?you need to remove the brake drums to check these.Post again with more info if this is no help.
DOT 3 BRAKE FUILD

Your brake fuild might be low.
Dot 3
ck break fuild!
The wheel cylinder has failed and will need replaced.
brake warning light on can mean your handbrake is engaged or that brake fuild is low. Those would be the first two easy things to check. If your brake fluid is low, you will need to keep a close eye on that, as you may have a leak and that can lead to a loss of your brakes.
NO !! POWER STEERING FLUID IS SIMILAR TO TRANSMISSION FLUID... BRAKE FUILD IS LIKE NOTHING ELSE
It requires a special tool that only the dealer has.
Usually that means there is a fluid down low like tranmission fluid or brake fuild or any fluid but if they are full then I suggest you take the car to the dealer to check it out.
