Take a wire coat hanger straighten it out and fish it up the tube this should unclog it if not use compressed air

it is in the firewall in the engine compartment. you need a flashlight and point in directly below the aalternator to the firewall . its about 3/4 inch in diameter. its hard to reach by hand. but using a cloth hanger you can clean it. good luck..

Most of the radiator drain plug lies at the bottom of the radiator. Check your car handbook or just look in the bottom of the radiator
Unplug evaporator drain with a flexible wire or low pressure air
