The Owner Guide shows a 3.9 liter - OHV - V6 engine or a 4.2 liter - OHV - V6 engine
It's the 4.0 liter - OHV - V6 engine ( 245 cubic inches ) OHV stands for over head valve , also known as a pushrod engine
In an automobile engine : Over Head Valve ( its a pushrod design engine )
That looks like the specifications of a GM or Dodge automobile engine; 5.7 liters displacement, V-shaped 8-cylinder design (two banks of 4 cylinders, angled apart in a V shape). SFI is sequential fuel injection, rather than using a carburetor. OHV = OverHead Valves, and there are 16 of them.
generally 15w40 or heavier
On the 4.0 L OHV engine, the EGR valve is located on the driver's side of the engine. how do i repair it
Do you have a picture of location of crankshaft position sensor for 1992 Chevy Cavalier 2.2L ohv engine?
As long as you put in exactly the same as what came out. Go by vin # engine code. Eg: if you take out a 2.2 OHV put another 2.2 OHV back in, not a 2.4 or other.
No, A 2.2L OHV will NOT replace a 2.4L DOHC engine.
No , SFI means Sequential Fuel Injection and OHV means that it is an Over Head Valve ( pushrod style engine )
