It just needs an oil change. If you take it to a Honda dealership to get it fixed, they will normally reset it for you. On the 1995 Honda Accord station wagon, the 'maintenance required' indicator is easily reset by using a key to push in the little flat 'button' located near the indicator.

I have a 1992 Honda Accord Wagon and found all of these kinds of questions answered in the readily available Haynes manual for the regular HOnda Accord. There are two main fuse boxes - under the hood and one main one under the dash on the driver's side. There is actually a third one as well on the driver's side under the dash. Honda has separate fuses for each window so check the fuse box the one in the engine compartment and the ones under the dash on the driver side. good luck
