How do you connect my iPad to the internet using my iPhone?

Tap Settings from home screen, select Wi-Fi then turn Wi-Fi ON by tapping over the OFF button right to Wi-Fi.

Now after a few seconds tap on your Wireless name (SSID configured on your W/L router/Access point) from Choose a Network lists

then enter the Preshared key on prompt.

If the key you enter is correct then you are connected now.

If you bought the more expensive 3G enabled version it is easy: Go to Settings -> Turn on 3G and flick the slider to 'on' position. If you did not buy 3G version then you have to be in a WiFi enable place like a Starbucks, or your home if you have wireless internet. To Turn this on you must go: Settings -> WiFi -> Choose Network -> enter password (If prompted). Note: Some networks may be password connected so you cannot access it.

Remember, however, using WiFi on a public network has considerable risks, and if you have sensitive personal information on your iPad do not use public WiFi as it can be easily accessed in a process called 'fire rabbiting'

Safari should already be loaded onto your iPod touch but to work you need wifi and if it is not showing up you probaly have a parental lock on it.

Press Settings - WiFi. Choose your WiFi network. You will need your WiFi password if it is a protected network (it show a lock symbol next to the strength bars).
