Any vicious animal is a danger to itself any others, and should not be tolerated. Most places have laws or ordinances regarding vicious animals. If this is a dog, it should probably be euthanized by a vet.

∙ 10y agoWell really it depends, on how you train your dog. But you can get books on training skills, also on the internet and you could even take your dog to dog training lessons, Obviously it will cost $something$ but I'll tell you now. It is so worth it if you want to live with abetter dog.

∙ 13y agoWith an aggressive dog, most people recommend to humanely euthanize them. But many peole love their dogs such as me. We have an aggressive Jack Russell Terrier and whenever we have parties or something, we keep him locked on the side of the house with food and water(of course) and we let him out when everyone leaves we also give him and my other dog a boxer(who isn't aggressive) the leftover food from the party. That is my opinion and what we do but you should consult a professional dog trainer or something. This is just an opinion so see what other people say or you can if you want to take my advice

∙ 12y agoThis can depend on the aggression. It would be highly advisable to first get the dog checked out by a vet in order to rule out any medical problems or injuries that may cause a dog to become aggressive.
If no medical issue is found, then seeking out a good and experienced dog behaviourist is recommended. There are many types of aggression: Fear/Nervous Aggression to dogs or people, Frustration Aggression, Territorial Aggression and Possessive Aggression are all some types of aggression in dogs, and each one needs to be worked with differently (please see Related Links below for full list). Seek out behaviourists that promote positive reinforcement and understanding.
