Most heating systems have damper controls either on the duct or at the register. By restricting the heat flow in areas of home that are warmer you can send more warm air to rooms that are colder. Residential homes do not have heat system balanced as in commercial buildings. Residential builders only have to supply a computerized model which may or maynot be followed by the HVAC installer. Spending a little time and effort can result in a more even temperature throughout home.

Current will flow as long as the power supply is good and there's a power-control device true or false?

Current will flow as long as there is a difference of potential (a voltage) and a path for current to flow. So no power-control device is required for current flow but yes it will flow with a power control decive.

Is there a optimal flow rate for maximum heat transfer when using a heat pump?

Yes there is an optimum flow rate. Kind of! The heat pump manufacturer will post on the internet or in the users guide what the maximum and mimimum flow rate through his heat pump should be. I take it that the optimum then, is anywhere within that range. My pump manufacturer prescribes 20 GPM to 70 GPM for the heat pump I will be using. Too low a flow causes the heat pump to overheat. Too high a flow is hard on system components. dburr

Heat pumps do work on a refrigerant to reverse the normal flow of?

Heat (or thermal energy).

Why reducers are used before and after pressure control valve in piping control station?

reducers are used to improve flow control in a steady nature because when the fluid flow through the pipe there is turbulence in flow. due to turbulence in fluid it effect to measuring devices which vary in readings, to avoid such it need to contract the area of the pipe in shape of reducer is at upstream of the control valve and down stream of the control valve there is expander which helps to fluid to flow in regular size of it.

What are two animal adaptations that control the flow of heat?

Both hair and feathers control the flow of heat. Without either, an animal would lose heat much quicker.

Why does energy flow out of the house?

It is not clear what sort of energy you are talking about. In the case of heat: heat has a natural tendency to flow from hotter objects to colder objects. If your house is hotter than the surroundings, then heat energy will flow out of it.

How do African wild dogs control the flow of heat?

They pant.

If a snowball was on the counter how does heat flow fron the counter to the snowball?

Yes because of the warmth in the house. That warmth will flow from the air to heat the counter top and melt the snowball

Where is the heater control valve on a 1998 ford expedition with a 4.6L engine?

Heat control is by air flow control doors in the a/c and heater box. There is no water valve.

Does heat energy flow indefinitely?

No, heat does not flow indefinitely. Heat stops flowing the temperatures are equal.

Does heat flow cooler or smaller object?

Heat flow's from cooler objects.

Is heat flow the same between the continental and oceanic crust?

Apparently No, heat flow in oceanic crust is higher than continental crust

What is difference between datalink layer flow control and transport layer flow control?

The difference between datalink layer flow control and transport layer flow control is the need to keep the different layers of data separate in the flow control option.

Which flow control is used to avoid transmitting host overflowing the buffers of receiving host at transport layer?

Flow Control

What is downward heat flow?
