How do you control your cravings after you have stopped smoking without using medication or chewing gum?

Congratulations! Brushing your teeth, chewing gum and for some

men (if working outdoors) chewing on a toothpick. Also I buy these

fruit gels (are in the candy section of your grocery store) which

is made out of pure juice and is refreshing for the mouth. When you

get the urge for a cigarette immediately drink a glass of icy water

(even put ice in it if you desire or a twist of lemon or lime. The

water helps to flush out the nicotine in your system faster and

keeps the kidneys clear. Keep up the good work!
