First Answer is you don't. however you can make an image file of your drawing and insert that into excel.
Unless you mean an autocad table into excel, that you would select the table and right click, then select "export", that will save it as a comma delimited file (.cvs type), then you open that in excel.

∙ 14y agoUse the "saveas" command to get the DWG saved into DXF. You can save it to a same or lower version of autocad drawing. If you need to get a higher version of drawing than your current version of AutoCAD, just find a 3rd party converter. See the recommended AutoDWG link below which can even convert a R14 draiwng into AutoCAD 2010 and vice versa.
