I usually cook any roast for at least two hours. But it depends are you using a BBQ, or broiling it, or using the crock pot. BBQ I would say treat it just like broiling it. Wrap it in foil and spread some style to your taste of a homemade sauce. Then set to 350-375' and let go for about 2-3 hrs. Checking for tenderness and juicy. I always wrap stuff like that in foil. It really preserves the flavor.

Put the pork loin on the bone in a large pan and add water and stock before boiling until it just slides off the bone, or you could place in a slow cooker filled half way with stock from a cube and add things like onions, carrots and even a hint of garlic or oregano.
