You don't flip the eggs. Sunny side up eggs are only cooked on the bottom side. When you go to remove the egg from the skillet, just pick the skillet up and tilt it sideways and gently slide the egg onto the plate. This should keep the yolk from breaking.

If you mean sunny side up like a fried egg the it not possible, this is because the egg remains in it's shell whilst it's being boiled. If you want a boiled egg with a soft yolk like a sunny side up yolk, then just boil the egg for 3 minutes, a little longer for large eggs.
