Won ton wrappers are essentially oriental pasta. The fun thing about won ton is that it can be prepared in a variety of ways, depending on what fillings you use. Cream cheese and ricota wrapped and fried, make an excellent cheese cake. Shrimp and sprouts folded into a wrapper and boiled make a good basic pot sticker. Meat and cheese stuffing make for an good Oriental style raviolli, and can be boiled, fried, or baked.
