The way i know how to do it is download imesh, AND itunes. imesh is free but u download the songs from imesh and open itunes to the MUSIC catagory. make them small but not minimized. drag the downloaded music file from imesh and drop it in itunes. voila! then go to file, new playlist, and drag it to there. while viewing the playlist, go to file, and click 'burn'. there you go.
first plug in the iPod to the computer and open iTunes. then press transfer purchases to get the music from your iPod to the computer. then make a playlist and put all your music that you want to sync on their. then insert a disk and press burn playlist to disk in the menu bar above.
If you do not have a copy of iTunes software installed install a copy of Itunes software. Assuming the music on the laptop is in mp3 format drag the music files in to the iTunes music library. You can also add tracks from CDs you may own and iTunes can convert them to the mp3 format. Connect the iPod to the laptop's USB socket and iTunes will recognise it. To remove a tune from your iPhone playlist, simply open iTunes, right-click on the playlist to delete, and click delete.
First, you need iTunes in order to make a playlist. At the bottom left-hand corner of the iTunes screen, there is a little plus symbol. Click on that to make a new playlist. iTunes 8 has a playlist called iTunes DJ (if not listed with the Playlists activate it from the General section of the Preferences) which will create a mix of your music.
In Itunes you go to File then you have a choice to create a new playlist which are songs you pick by hand. Or you can choose new smart playlist which you can choose which artist, date added or media kind and Itunes will automaticly sort it for you.

download and install iTunes (www.apple.com/itunes) if you havn't already, then inside iTunes create a new playlist and drag the songs from the folder into the playlist. iTunes will then ask you if you want to convert the songs (only if they are in a non-supported format) and then you can sync/drag the playlist onto your iPod

According to the Apple website, in order to create a playlist in iTunes, one must view their library and click on "Playlists". Then, click the "Add" button, which should be at the bottom, and then select "New Playlist". Finally, drag the desired songs into the playlist.
A genius playlist is created using information from a user-chosen song. iTunes automatically generates a playlist of music from your library that matches or has similarities to the song you have chosen to run 'genius' on. Insert a blank Cd, create a playlist to burn, and select the burn icon on the bottom right of the itunes screen when viewing the created playlist.
Go to music, tap on playlist at the bottom and tap create playlist.
Either: -Remove the songs from your iTunes library or -Create a playlist and put all of your songs into that one playlist. Then change your iPod settings to not sync all music in your library, but instead only sync selected playlists.
