Armpit sweat can be easily stopped with something you can purchase (not expensive) at your local grocery store or drug store. It is called deodorant. If deodorant doesn't help, try antiperspirant deodorant. Hope this helps! :)

There's a considerable difference between deodorants and antiperspirants! Deodorants are mostly used against body odor, their perfumes shall eliminate the smell coming from your armpits. Antiperspirants are prescription-free remedies against sweating. Containing 10% to 30% aluminum chloride, they can reduce the activity of your sweat glands to a normal level.

Simplest answer: You can't. Sweat is there to keep you alive. It gets rid of the water and takes heat with it, saving you from perishing of high temperatures. If it's a problem, try to stay away from things that trigger adrenaline, use a deoderant every day, and stay around air conditioning or a fan.

Buy some deodorant.

No. Okay I have the same problem. You can either get a surgery, which removes the sweat glands in your pits. Another solution is using CERTAIN-DRI SOLID. That stuff works so well. Just put it on before you go to bed, and it closes your pores so you can't sweat.

A bit more:

Antiperspirants are products that stop the perspiration, and deodorants are products that control the odor of arm pit sweat. So if it's the sweating you want to stop, you need to use an antiperspirant. And if you want to control the sweating and odor, you can use a product that is both an antiperspirant and a deodorant.

As for brands, you need to just try different ones until you find the one that works best for you since all of them don't work the same on everyone.

Excessive underarm sweating is just plain embarrassing, and I'll be the first to admit it. Here are things you can do to prevent pit stains from embarrassing you in public in many occasions:

Layering Tee Shirts

To prevent mild underarm sweating from being seen, you can layer tee shirts. For your first layer, you should try to wear an absorbent, more active type of shirt that will hold in the sweat. If it's warm out, you can wear a thin first layer, although it won't control the sweat from going through your other layers. You don't want to wear a bulky first layer, because then people will be sure to notice. If people ask, "Why are you wearing two tee shirts?" Just answer, "I was chilly so I wanted to layer," or come up with another excuse. Layering tee shirts work on a daily occasion for school or work. For your second layer, consider your options. If you aren't sweating much, or if you have an absorbent first layer, wear a lighter second layer. This will prevent the stains from being seen if it happens to go through your first layer. If you are sweating a lot, then try to wear a heavier second layer, or a more absorbent one. DryFit, Under Armour, Nike, and other sporting brands have great absorbencies. You should also wear another light layer over your first two tee shirts, such as a sweater, fleece, light jacket, or button up shirt. It doesn't matter, as long as you're protected. Also, you want your first layer to be tight against your armpits to absorb anything that leaves the body. Remember though: Sweating is healthy!

Finding the Right Deodorant/Antiperspirant

You may be plain embarrassed to tell your mom or adult that you have these problems. When you go grocery shopping, to a pharmacy, or other store where they sell deodorant/antiperspirants, check them out. You should try ones that say antiperspirant/deodorant so you know you're getting protection. Also, look at the ingredients. You want something with a higher percentage of active ingredients. You'll see that one ingredient (the one with a fancy, uncomprehensible, scientific name) says "antiperspirant" next to it. Then it should have a percentage. The ones that work best are ones with a percentage or 15% or higher. I would go with 20% to know that you have better protection. It may take time to find the right antiperspirant/deodorant, but after trying a bunch, you should find a pretty good one.

Wash In the Morning

To prevent underarm sweating during the day, you should take a clean, wet, cool cloth (water) and wash your underarms before applying deodorant/antiperspirant. This will get rid of any sweat that occurred during the night, and you can start out clean. Notice that after showers, you don't sweat as much. Make sure you apply a steady amount of your deodorant that will cover you throughout your active day.

Fleeces & Sweaters

If you are wearing only a tee shirt, or whatever layer, to prevent pit stains from being seen, no matter how much you sweat, wear a fleece or sweater. Fleeces absorb the sweat, and you won't see it on the outside. Even if it feels wet, if you are wearing a thin black fleece or any color, you, and no one else, can see the stains! Fleece is an amazing life saver! Sweaters are the same: If you wear a sweater that isn't so tight fitting and is looser, you won't see the stains. Try to wear fleeces/sweaters/shirts that aren't so tight to your armpits. It's better if your first layer or two are more fitted, but your outer shell/layer should be looser, not so tight. Being bulkier on the outer shell is going to prevent sweat from being seen. North Face Fleeces (The really soft, hairy, fuzzy ones) will work amazing, because you won't see a thing, even if you're wearing a tank top! Also, LLBean or Lands End fleeces are great, too, and they're lightweight, which will keep you cooler and not overheated.

Colors Matter

By wearing different colors, you can see sweat more. Colors where you won't see as much sweat is black, dark navy blue, and white. You can still tell that the stains are there, but not as much as colors such as pink, magenta, green, blues, yellow, orange, etc. Black works best, and rainbow does okay, also.

Check If Sweat Will Go Through

Okay. Say you're wearing a thin first layer, a more heavy second layer, and a nice dress shirt. But you don't know if you'll be protected enough. Take some cool water, or spit, and wet a bottom corner of your shirt, from the inside out, and make sure you have every layer. Pretend that this is your armpit sweating, and see which layer it goes through. If it gets to your third, outer layer, and you can see the stain, then maybe add another layer. Make sure you use a pretty good amount of spit/water so you have an estimate on what the sweat will go through. I do this every morning to see if I'm protected enough.

Tank Tops Don't Always Work For Sports/ETC.

Tank Tops don't always work with sports, or anything. If you're sweating a lot, then you want a tank top that is very loose fitting and your sweat won't show on. Wear a bra that will absorb a lot of sweat.

Being Fancy Not Casual

When dressing fancy, you may want to wear velvet (sweat doesn't really show) or velour, sweaters, fur, or a heavy material. Also, layer underneath all these. Under a dress (that's a tee shirt or long sleeve), wear a thin first layer tee shirt to catch excess sweat before showing through.

Tape Paper Towels

It may sound silly, but paper towels work. Take some duct tape or scotch tape (whatever you have) and make a pad out of paper towels. Tape it to the inside armpit of your shirt, that will create an absorbent layer. You want to make sure you have it all around the areas you sweat. You could also use a real pad if you want. It'll just provide extra coverage so no one sees a thing. This helps during gym class or times when you sweat a TON. Or, you could just tape a piece of duct tape over your armpit so no sweat gets out. This could cause redness or a rash.

These methods work with both males and females, a lot more so with females, so if your a teen or woman, it doesn't matter, try these and hopefully it solves your problems!

GOOD LUCK>>>>

This might sound weird but my doctor swears by it and so do I, peel a fresh potato and rub some of the peel in your arm pits. The starch will attach itself to the sweat pores and prevent the sweat from getting too out of control.
