To deactivate your account:
- Log in to Pinterest.
- Click your name at the top of Pinterest.
- On your profile, go to the gear icon then settings.
- Click Deactivate Account at the bottom of Account Basics.
- Select the reason you'd like to deactivate your account.
- Confirm that you want to deactivate your account.

∙ 10y agoYou can not delete your Pinterest account. If you go to settings, then go to account settings, and then press deactivate account you can log off and nobody can see your account, but it still is existing. If you deciede to log back in you can, but you will get an email that you need to do something with that I forgot. The email will send to the email that you used to sign up with. I hope you got this answer and if you have anymore questions comment in this and I will answer them. :)

∙ 11y agoAccording to their website, to deactivate a Pinterest account you must first sign in. After you are logged in, click your name in the upper right-hand corner. Next click "Edit Profile." Next click "Delete Account." Be very careful as once you have clicked delete, all of your boards and pins will be gone.
