Have four people with you. Use zing when someone dies and keep using falcon slash with your hero. Take a lot of healing medicine. Get all of your people in to the high 20's (27-32 would be best) and then you should be fine.
This battle can be easy once you have the right tactics.
First learn the sword skill "gigaslash" as this will come in useful. Next get to level 20+ and Get some party members from Patty in Stornway (The questers rest)
get a priest to level 15+ a warrior to level 15+ and a mage to level 15+ Let the
priest buff you up whilst you use gigaslash. use the best skill the warrior and mage can do and always allow the coup de graces.
Only were the best armor you can.
Just nipping in to say its possible without that tactic. I beat him with a party of three people, one died when we were going through the cave, one was me level 17, i had a martial artist level 13 and a priest level 12. Luckily i got lots of coup de graces and it became very easy. By the amount of damage i did to him I'm guessing that he has about 1500 health maybe 2000 i don't know.
You get on your ship and go to the snowy place just north (its actually called snowberia). You can also just walk but you would have to go back for your ship every time. when you get there take the bridge north and you'll find swinedimples academy.
my party for the final boss was a minstrel, warrior, sage, and a prieast ALWAYS have a priest they have all best healing spells in the game. (moreheal, multiheal, fullheal, and omniheal. sage's have really great spells too like kaboomle and kazammle warriors have great ATK so make sure they have really good skills like gigaslash or multithrust. minsterls have good scratch that AWESOME charm which make the enemy ethralled (lose a turn) recomended lvl is 40-46 for all people
you do it with a bunch of people.

Aquila is your teacher in Dragon Quest 9.
You should get dragon quest 9. no doubt
Dragon Quest 9 came out July 11th.
Firstly you need to actually be on the quest that requires them, as they will not drop unless you are. Then you need to fight and defeat Apeckalypses outside Swinedimples, these are what drop them.
There are no items called 'dollar' in Dragon Quest IX.
Defeat Goresby Purrvis and go through the door. BUT, as hard as Purrvis may be, there is something WORSE behind that door.
