You can use two methods to delete your music:using iTunes and within your iphone itself
At first i thought we need to use itunes to delete a song but i realised that we can do it within an iphone.
You'll just have to touch and hold the title of the song (you'll have to move it a little) and when you are at the right position there'll be a delete button which is red and will appear beside the title of the song click and then you're done...
You need to connect it to the computer it is synced with and use iTunes.
Plug your iPod into your computer. Right-click on a song you want to delete and press Remove or Delete.

You can't because the app already comes with the phone. Plus even if you delete it it won't be there for the next person if you return it.

You don't have to convert it. What I do is I first is drag the music to the desktop. next you drag the music to itunes . Then you put the music on a playlist or put it into the music file. Lastly you connect your iPhone and sync.

Unless that computer has all your music, you will lose all the music on your iPhone and it will be replaced with their music. So instead, if you just want their music but still keep your music, just drag the music files to your iPhone.
