It helps if most of your weapons have been upgraded to a high level, the hardest part (I think) is at the begining were he's throwing a load of bombs and crap at you, once you get past that it's fairly easy. My RYNO was at it's highest level by this point so at the end part when he's in the sky and you can't really aim for him the RYNO worked best.
