there would be 2 heater hoses that go into the firewall of your car. disconect these and join both together with a peice of tube and couple of hose clamps. this will bypass the heater core

No , if you were to bypass the heater core , you would have no heat

WHAT????? I hope this is just a comment that you have a caprice and has nothing to do with either 110 or 220 volts Heater element implies either a furnace or a water heater. Where are you checking the voltage? If at the outlet and you only have voltage on one side of the plug it's most likely a fuse or breaker. If there is 220 at the outlet but element is not heating it is the element. Under no circumstance get 110 or 220 anywhere near a 94 Caprice classic

The 1990 Chevy Caprice number 13 fuse is associated with the heater blower motors. The number 13 fuse will be in the second column, third from the top.

Nowhere, as there is no such thing as a 2002 Chevy Caprice.

please tell me where this loose vacume hoes goes to on my caprice from the heater valve to where?

You have to take out the whole heater and air condiasioning system out and replace the new heater core in. When you replace the heater core, you firset have to put the air condiasoning system in then the heating system/ heater core. When you take the old systems out, you first have to take out the A.C then the heater.

could be an air lock in cooling system could be vac operated valve faulty sticking

did the heater core start leaking? anyway you should have no problem with the air if you bypass the heater core.

the heater motor is under the glove box, pull out lower cover and remove side kick panel and and heater will be mounted with 3-4 screws becarefull when lowering blower motor, the fan cage is plastic and may break, I had this happen to me,

Upper and lower radiator, inlet and outlet heater core, bypass,Upper and lower radiator, inlet and outlet heater core, bypass,

By heater element I am assuming you mean a heater core. If that is the case then you have one of two problems. Either the thermostat is stuck open and needs replacing or the heater temperature control valve is defective.

The heater core is under the passenger side of the dashboard. I posted extensive directions on how to replace in another post under Chevys. vbd

take lose your heat and air controll box turn on heat take line lose one by one which ever line is sucking would be it.

You can buy aftermarket headers with no heater boxes.

you would have to bypass the heater core first.

If you are looking to bypass the heater core you can go under the car. Look for the firewall that is located in the dead center.
