You can disable the seatbelt warning chime, in your Honda CRV, by removing the fuse. The fuse can be found in the fuse box in the engine compartment.
Buckle up your seat belt and the chime will go off.

Put your seatbelt on! Amazing Or find a seat belt extension. 2007 Pilot seems to be an odd size of buckle and tongue, so this may be difficult. Search Amazon or eBay for "seat belt buckle chime" or similar to find dozens of extensions and warning chime stoppers. Let us know if you find one that works for the 2007 Pilot!
It is unlawful to not wear a seat belt while driving or riding in a car. Wearing the belt turns off the chime. Some vehicles (VW's for instance) will chime for about 3 minutes then the light goes out and the warning signal turns off.

You cannot disable the chime. Just buckle up and it will stop chiming.
