I found to just take out the 10 amp fuse located driverside fuse compartment located by rubber foot rest. The fuse on the bottom left. You will lose the ability to use your interior lights. This doesn't work. I tried it and got caught by the owner, who was also a cop. It was only my second strike though.

If the alarm is sounding, you must use the master key on the driver side to shut the alarm off. Be sure that all the other doors are shut before doing so.

I'm currently trying to figure out a better method, but for now I disabled the alarm on our Maxima by unplugging each sensor switch (four doors and hood). It's been working, but recently the alarm was tripped by someone unlocking the door from the inside with the alarm (accidentally)set. I'll let you know when I discover a better method. -Greg

The alarm system can be disabled by unplugging the brain. The brain must first be located. It is recommended this be done by a professional as incorrectly disarming a anti-theft unit will lead to a car that will not be able to be started.
