well if your thinking somersaults are cool and i look soooo stupid when my friends do it and i cant, well all you do is get into a position of a round ball on the floor,tuck your legs in and your neck. put your arms in frount of you with your elbows pointing up and your parm and fingers/your hands flat on the floor.bring your head forward so that the top of your head is now touching the floor. from this position you quickly push your whole body forward keeping your body in the same position and your head still touching the floor keep pushing your body forward until your back is on the floor and you are looking up at the ceiling quickly do the push of the body part as you could be heavy and your neck might break on the way forward.
