I believe that will be Opera. Opera beats Google Chrome at speed only a little bit. Try Opera you'll love it.
I use two web browsers: Mozilla Firefox & Google Chrome. I usually use google chrome, as it is much faster to start up and when browsing is much more responsive. I prefer Google chrome for its speed, but still use Mozilla Firefox for its customizability and better ad-blocking when using Adblock Plus add-on. (Google Chrome has an Adblock Plus extension also, but it is still in Beta stage of development and sometimes misses a few ads.) I would recommend both browsers.
A browser is a program that allows you to view the internet. The best browser is Google Chrome.

Choose any folder you can remember, and click OK. Open Opera, press Control+Shift+B on your keyboard, press the file button (in Opera), and choose Import Bookmarks.

Recently - Google Chrome has had issues with 'crashing' and then restarting. Unfortunately - it is waiting a fix which should be forthcoming. When it does restart and until the time it is fixed by Chrome - DO NOT 'restore previous session' or it will make the issue worse. Clear your history each time this occurs and 'refresh' Chrome browser.
