I think you mean that you can't get WinKawaks to emulate properly or it's not actually running on your system. Other than that, you're probably a noob and have no ROM downloaded, but are trying to load a missing ROM.
Not emulating: This probably means you have bad ROMs or no ROMs at all. I suggest downloading new ROMs.
Not running: Your version or copy of WinKawaks maybe malfunctioning. Because emulators don't usually cause problems like not running at all. I suggest you go download the latest version of WinKawaks. Google, "WinKawaks latest free download" & you'll find something sweet enough to lick.
You're a noob: Don't take it as an insult. Everyone's a noob at the beginning. Just get over it and download some ROMs.
Downloading ROMs: Assume that we're looking for Three Wonders (a CPS1 ROM). We'll go to our favorite search engine and enter something like this, "three wonders cps1 rom" & we'll most likely get the ROM in the first few results.
But, if you're looking for some good ROM sites, I suggest RomHustler or maybe ROMFreaks.
