You don't. PEOPLE WHO LOSE WEIGHT TOO FAST DO DAMAGE TO THEIR BODIES. The best way to lose weight is to change the way you eat, and make it a lifetime commitment to yourself. See your doctor, and they will recommend an eating plan with exercise. (My doctor recommended the diabetic diet, and I lost 30 lbs in about 6 months.) You should lose 1-2 pounds per week, and then you can KEEP IT OFF!!
Now, if your doctor deems that you are morbidly obese, he/she can make healthy recommendations about how to save your life by losing the weight needed.
How fast is fast? Weight is determined by calories in versus calories spent. Fat is the bank account of the body. If you are losing fat, just use more energy and take in less. Losing muscle is a faster way to lose weight. It is easier, less healthy and results in a less desirable figure, usually. As for losing fat one of the best ways to use more calories in a day is to build more muscle. Muscle has a high caloric maintenance fee, but it is dense so even though you will get smaller building muscle and using up fat the scales won't show as dramatic a difference as the tape measure. I would recommend eating balanced regular meals, getting enough fiber of both sorts, getting some aerobic exercise in and some strength training. And sell your microwave. You will eat better and enjoy the food more.
If you wanna become fat you eat you can eat a lot of junk food if you want to become fat and unhealthy. See if your really skinny and nothing makes you get fat try to work out maybe the muscles will make you look a little thicker... and eat if you don't eat then what's the point of not wanting to eat.. if you want to get fat not stay skinny.
It can, it depends on how much you eat and WHAT you eat! If you eat a Double Pounder, yes you will get fat, especially if you eat it with large fries and a large soda. One reason people are fat is because they eat and eat and eat and don't exercise. Another reason is because some people have fast working calorie burning systems and some people have slow ones causing them to be fat. It might be that those people that are not fat have high metabolism you eat as much as you want and not get fat.
