How do you fake sicknesses?

Do you want to fake having sickness, fake throwing up, or make fake vomit?

To fake having sickness, as in a bug, to get off of school perhaps, then you have to start a few days before. Make the fake vomit mixture (instructions below) and store it in a sealed tub, in your bedroom, or if you share a bedroom then in the bathroom.

A couple of days before you want to be off, mention in passing a stomach bug that you heard was going around school. Say that people who have it are normally off for ages, and that it is apparently quite bad.

The night before you want to be off, start complaining of a stomach ache when you get home from school. Say that at started a while after lunch, but don't be too specific.

Only pick at your tea, and leave at least half of it. Say that your stomach is still hurting, and you don't feel hungry. Mention that you sort of feel sick, some time around now.

Keep holding your stomach as though it hurts, and go to bed earlier than usual with a hot water bottle.

Lay in bed and shuffle restlessly, as if you cannot lay comfortably.

About half an hour after excusing yourself and going to bed, get up and ask for some tablets for your stomach pain.

Just as you are about to put them in your mouth, wince and say that your stomach feels odd. You could say that it feels unsettled, or that there are shooting pains.

Then make a heaving motion, gasp, clasp your hand to your mouth and rush to the bathroom. Shut the door quickly, and then make gagging and retching noises, as if you are being sick. Dispose of the tablets.

Flush the toilet and wet your mouth before leaving the bathroom. You should look worried, unhappy and shaken when you emerge.

Tell your parents that you have just been sick in the toilet, and say that your stomach pain has eased although now your throat burns a little (stomach acid in the vomit can damage your throat tissue).

Return to bed, and pretend to sleep until early the next morning, such as 4AM.

Get up slowly, and go to the bathroom. Make coughing noises, as if you are trying to be sick. Go and wake your parents up, and tell them that you felt as if you were going to throw up, but nothing happened. Go back to bed, and pretend to be asleep again.

Get up a few minutes before normal, and pour the fake vomit onto your bed and floor beside the bed. If you share a room, pour it into the toilet, around the toilet and onto the floor beside the toilet. Also, spread some onto your front and around your mouth and chin.

Return to bed and wait to be woken up. If you have an alarm, wait for it to go off, then pretend to awake. Call to your parents and show them the fake vomit. Explain that you just woke up and it was there, and you can't remember it happening at all. Tell them that you must have been sick again during the night, but you don't have any memory of it. Act afraid, upset and unrested.

Act very apologetic to whoever has to clean it up, and you could even offer to clean it up yourself.

Go back to bed, and around midday, make another rush to the bathroom. Gag loudly and cough a lot, then flush the toilet. Tell your parents you were sick again, but not much came out this time.

Eat a little later on, around 8PM, and make a steady recovery so that you are better and able to go back to school the next day.

To fake throwing up, simply make a gagging noise, rush to the bathroom and lock the door, then make retching and couching sounds, as if trying to cough up something disgusting stuck in your throat.

To make fake vomit, simply mix oats, strawberry milkshake, vinegar, juice, leftovers, mashed carrot (only a little), gravy and any other orange or brown lumpy substance, to make it look realistic.

plus get clean warm water and say i have a headache and take temp.

Simulate the conditions of actual sickness.

Faking sickness usually leads to trouble, so I do not recommend it.
