It depends on your body type..I would Google it and I'm sure there is some type of calculator to figure it out..based on your weight, height, and activity level.

it all depends on ones weight,age, body shape and activity level.

For example I am around 165 lbs, I do a moderate amount of exercise and I am 23 years old.
So I need around 3500 calories

You need a special calculator or computer to help determine your particular caloric intake.
