yearly divided by weeks, divided by hours per week. Improved answer: There are 2,080 working hours a year for a 40-hour work week. Divide your yearly salary by this number to find out how much you earn per hour (provided you work a 40-hour week.)

Take the total Year, divide by 12 (Monthly), divide that by 4(Weekly), divide that by how many hours you work in a day. 30,000/12=2500/4=625/40=$15.62/Hr
