How do you fill the rear window washer with fluid in a 1996 Jeep Cherokee low washer light is on?

Both the front and rear washer fluid comes from the same reservoir, at least on my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee they do. Fill the reservoir under the hood.

If this is a 4 door , the rear washer is supplied by the engine compartment washer tank on a 2002 Explorer ( if 2 door , open your liftgate and above your left tail light there is a fill plug - remove the plastic panel to your tire jack storage and you will see the washer tank and its fluid level )

I think you mean lo wash. That is low washer fluid. The windshield washer fluid reservoir is near empty.
