How do you get kecleon in Pokemonsapphire?

Getting Kecleon requires the Devon Scope to be acquired from Steven during the storyline of the game when the player reaches Fortree City. Steven will be on the route east of Fortree City and will give the player the scope and an encounter with Kecleon will occur. As always weaken the pokemon before attempting capture then use good types of poke balls like the Great Ball. If you do fail to capture it there are more Kecleon around in the game like by the Fortree City gym.

you can defeat kecleon hes pretty tough though but i have im not joking youll need the move screech. Kecleon can change on the type of move you hit him with that's the trick so when you hit him for instance with a normal type move hell change into a normal then when he does hit him with a fighting type move and it will do like 60 damage on him. But guess what youll need reviver seeds and oran or sitrus berrys, like i meen alot of it. Heres the catch he sends BACKUP, he sends another kecleon so be READY. MAN PLEASE belive me i did it. Ill bet anyone anything that's true. And when the backup kecleon comes he uses agility to go to where you are fighting the kecleon. So be prepared. And if youre wondering if i lost then yes i did against the backup kecleon. But my larvitar kept using screech and it helped alot.

To catch a kekleon, several conditions must be met. You must have the pokeradar. Once you have this, you must go to route 210 in the fog and use the radar. You have to try and look hard because they are rare.

This is how you get a kelcon

1 fly or get to fortree city

2 then go on to route 120

3 go straight then go down through the grass and across the bridge

4 go down and to the right

5 go straight and through the paths (take the left one and go down)

6 then you will run into an invisble thing. use the Devon scope to see it

7 this will be a kelcon

8 MAKE SURE YOU CAPTURE IT WITH A GREAT BALL OR ULTRA BALL FOR IT IS HARD TO FIND AGAION.

9 If you loose it go back into fortree city and go to the gym. there will be a kelcon in your path.

so far what I know is that you have to trade it from either the GTS, or Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum... also, though, I've heard that you can get it from a route on the Poke Walker, called "Tree House" in which you'd need to have 15,000 watts to unlock it. (But I think it's also only like a 10 percent chance of getting a Kecleon...) oh well, i hope I have helped, and happy searching, my friend! :)
