Go to the DMV and get a print out on your record. You can also get it on line, for a fee, of course.
I don't have a divers license, but I do have a drivers license.
If you have someone's Driver's License number you no longer need to find his driver's license number. Try restating the question.
Look on it, it should have an expiration date. If not, then you can call the Drivers license Bureau in your county where it was issued and ask them.
Call your local DMV.

You do need to study for your drivers license permit. It is not as hard as it seems though. I studied for about an hour and received a 100%. get a Garmin and figure it out.
The DMV or your local department that issues licenses should have you on file. If you just bring them two forms of ID, such as your social security card and passport, they should be able to look you up and find your driver's license.
It won't stop you from getting a licence, but a conviction of a charge of driving on a suspended licence usually adds four points to your drivers licence. If it occurred within the last three years, four points is going to be enough to prevent you from being able to find employment as a CDL driver.
Everyone that has a drivers license is allowed to buy a copy of their record. Go to whatever authority issued the license, pay a small fee and you will receive a report that lists any violations, address changes, and current status of your license.
If you were driving with an expired drivers license they will not insure you so if they find out you are up s--t creek. what they may do is ask you for your drivers license record up to date and then they will spot it. If you are lucky they wont. However they have not paying insurance down to a fine art.
You go to the DMV and get a new license. Usually you need your birth certificate and some other form of ID.
