the oval stone can be found in the second level of lost tower it is also possible to find them underground once the explorer kit is found. When found the oval stone can be used to evolve Happiny by having it hold the stone and leveling it up.

∙ 13y agoget Happiny. No you get CHANSEY to get the oval and when you get the egg it will be a happiny & you get the egg from the traveling man. And when you get a chansey give the oval stone to happiny and level up happiny and it will evolve into chansey!! hope i helped

∙ 12y agoI would suggest getting it from the second story of the Lost tower in Platinum, Pearl, or Diamond, then give it to a Pokemon and get a friend that has a DS to let you use it if you don't have more then one and trade the Pokemon with the oval stone to your HeartGold game.
