you wrap it in towels and run it for 45 minutes. the problem is that one part of the mother board broke off but it has a very low melting point so by wrapping it in towels and running it, it solders it but it also makes it more fragile
EDIT : The actual problem is (^^^^^^^ has no clue), on the original xbox, there is an x clamp on the motherboard and when the board heats up, the clamp becomes heavy and applies pressure on the board, bending it, the towel trick only works some of the time because you have to know which way your board bended and face the xbox in the opposite direction and hope it bends back, this is for the lack of a better word the hillbilly solution because it has a low success rate and to be honest, you're better off sending it in.
