Put a rug over it. Ok, Seriously now if the spot is not large you can trim the carpet fibers. You could also try to dye the area or cut the bad piece out and insert a matching remnant. Other than that I don't know if there is much you can do. If you can, treat the area immediately with copious amounts of cold water. For chlorine bleach, add 1 Tbsp. vinegar in each 600 mls water. If the colour has been removed by the bleach, it cannot readily be restored.
http://www.ehow.com/how_2012748_water-stained-carpet.html Small amounts of sediment dissolved in the water can be left behind when a water spot dries, leaving a tell tale stain. Happily, in most cases, a water stain is easy to remove. So, first: 1. Mix a solution of half water and half white vinegar. The vinegar is acidic and will neutralize the alkalinity of the sediment that is making the water stain. 2. Moisten a clean white terry towel with the water/vinegar solution. 3. Rub the towel gently over the water spot. The objective is to get the tips of the carpet fibers wet, not to soak the carpet itself. 4. Allow the carpet fibers to dry. Hopefully the stain is gone or at least minimized. If the stain is reduced but still noticeable, repeat the water/vinegar process until the stain is gone. Allow the fibers to dry between each application. ---But, if your carpet is made of natural fibers, it may produce what is know as "cellulosic browning," a stain that can only be removed by a trained carpet cleaning technician.
Sorry to say, it's pretty impossible to get the smell and stains out, try a little area using 409 to see what it does to your carpet first, in a corner where you can't see if it changes the color of your carpet. I have used it with no problems. Female dogs have stronger odor too. If you have a puppy don't let it have free roam of the house. Get a dog play pen to put him in when you are busy.
Soda water
it will bleach the carpet if that what you are asking it would be about like putting bleach on clothes that dont require bleaching.
Yes! I recenty spilled some on my carpet and cannot get it out. It left almost like a bleach stain on my carpet.
you can't hide a bleach stain on a baige carpet just hope nobody sees it
Do your best and then bleach the stain if your carpet is white.
Bleach is not a stain. Bleach eliminated or bleached-out the coloring. Contact a reputable professional carpet cleaner or the carpet manufacturer and ask what dyes can be safely used to disguise the bleached-out spots.
oxygen or paroxide
no you cant it will stain your carpet
Bleach isn't a stain. Bleach removes the color. The only way to fix this is to bleach the whole sweater and then it will all be bleach colored.
To clean a large bleach spill on carpet, first, blot as much of the bleach as possible using paper towels or cloth. Avoid rubbing or spreading the stain further. Mix a solution of one part white vinegar and three parts water, then apply it to the stained area. Blot the area with a clean cloth until the stain is lifted, and repeat if necessary. Rinse the area with cold water and blot dry. If the stain persists, consult a professional carpet cleaner.
You can get stain carpet remover and it comes out perfectly and if you don't have that try soap and water if that doesn't work then if your carpet is white you can use bleach but only if your carpet is white!!
Bleach should take it out, or any fabric stain spray. But I'm wondering why there is so much blood on your carpet......
Yes there are. Many people revert to old-school methods, such as bleach, baking soda, and salt water. However, finding an official natural carpet stain remover would be quite difficult.
