How do you fix a blown head on a dodge neon?

well first you would take off the intake manifold then the head on the engeine then the roker arms and then the heads themselfs. its a little more complicated then that but the new head gaskets would cost $100 or more then the heads themselfs are expensive too and if you mess up on the repair it could damage your engine to the poiunt where it would be cheaper to buy a new car then fix it so i suggest you take your car to a repair shop and have it fixed

No, nothing will fix a blown head gasket except replacing it. Sealer are only used in an emergency situation as a temporary fix.
