If a 94 Thunderbird starter will not turn over, the battery may be dead. The battery should be charged with jumper cables.
yes
Check for broken motor mounts.
money
Electronic and not cable.
Reason for not working odometer is most likely broken worm and main gear (2 sets required for odometer and trip odometer !). Fixing the odometer/tripmeter on the '90 model is much easier than you might expect. It is not necessary to remove the whole instrument cluster from the dashboard ! Just follow these steps based on my experience: 1. Remove dashboard panels and front cover 2. Remove visor from the instrument cluster 3. Disconnect gearshift indicator from instrument panel 4. Dismantle fuel an temperature gauges carefully (they are just plugged in) 5. Pull speedometer unit carefully out of the instrument panel 6. Now you can access and fix the drive mechanism of both odometers 7. Replace broken worm and gear wheels 8. Before reassembly check all warning lights and replace broken bulbs 9. Reinstall components removed before reversly Odometer gears are available e.g. at: http://www.transmissioncenter.net/ http://www.speedometergears.com/ford-odometer-gears http://www.odometergears.com/products/Ford/Mustang+94-99/110 Regards, Peter GERMANY, October 9, 2011

this can be a number of reasons for ex, power steering ,altenater,or oilpump
You have to (carefully) remove the fuel tank from the car then you can access the pump.
Either at the rear or side of the oil pan
If it is like my 94, there is no cable, it is electronic. Run1
they made a major front end change from 93 94 and 95 so im guessing it's not
