Is the replacement an LED bulb being used with a flasher module designed for an incandescent lamp? LEDs won't activate the load sensing circuit, so the module never initiates strobe. -Galen

You either have a bulb burnt out or the turn signal flasher is bad.

It means that a light bulb is out on the side where the light solid (not blinking) it could be in the front or rear of the vehicle.

Sounds like you simply have A burned out bulb, Turn the signal on and look at all the lights to see if any are burned out. Could be A marker light if its in the turn signal circuit.

You have a burned out bulb on the right side. Even a the side marker bulb will affect the turn signal

Just replace the bulb. They stop blinking when the bulb goes bad. Usually if a bulb goes bad it will blink rapidly. If it stops blinking entirely or blinks only sometimes your flashing relay may have went out. It's a small box under the steering column usually.
