When is the last time you did a balance and rotation. If tires are wearing from a 1/4 of life or less, just get new tires. You also could need an alignment, or tie rod ends and other bushings could be worn out. Make sure there is nothing bent and everything is greased and no grease sepage anywhere. If there is, this is a good sign that parts are worn and need to be replaced.

If it is vibrating on the steering wheel, you may need an alignment. If it is vibrating at the tire area you may have a bent wheel or need to have your tires check, take it to any tire shop and they can test. I had the same problem and it was a bent wheel.

If your steering wheel is vibrating or jimmying while under normal driving conditions this indicates that your tire are out of balance, or have been worn incorrectly. You may have a bad alignment, bad control arm bushings, improper toe/chamber or the wrong tire compound. If your wheel vibrates while turning, then your power steering pump is failing, and needs refurbished or replaced immediately.

you probably need new wheel bareings and drums. those are the same symptons a corolla gave me and those were the problems.
