Either replace the hose, or replace the wiper pump grommet. Both are very inexpensive and just about any parts store should have them.
The grommet may not be listed in the store's computer. In that case, check the section with Motormite products. They are in red packages with HELP! written on them in large type.
Remove support brace above washer fluid tank. Remove the washer fluid tank. The rest becomes obvious.

Remove the wiring harness from the back of your Chevy Lumina windshield washer pump. Remove the windshield washer pump fluid hose. Remove the windshield washer pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new windshield washer pump.
If you look on the right side of your car, you'll see the windshield washer fluid, under a black metal bar. You have to take the black metal bar off, then you have to take the windshield washer fluid tub out.
first you have to remove the reservoir for the windshield washer fluid then you should be able to get at it. its right underneath that reservoir. atleast that is where it is on mine
I have a 1994 chevy lumina and it takes 4 quarts of transmission fluid when totally empty.
The fuse panel (if that's the panel mounted to the shock tower housing) is mounted by 2-bolts. There was a similar panel on my 96' Lumina Sedan......can't recall if it was fuses. I removed that, the forward tie-bar (shock tower to radiator area) and washer fluid box to get at my battery for a recent battery replacing.
It is on the bottom of the fluid reservoir.
2004 Chevy Cavalier windshield washer fluid reservoir retaining bolts. Remove the windshield washer fluid supply tube. The windshield washer fluid reservoir will come free.
In, under, or near the washer fluid reservoir.
