If the image is simple flipped on the screen (i.e. all upside down) then you can fix this pressing the following buttons all together at the same time : Ctrl + Alt + Up or Down.
If this doesn't help - check your graphics card drivers.
turn your laptop upside down too:) just kidding. there muxt be a graphics icon next to the clock screen corner. Go to somewhere that says "Rotate" and select "0 degrees". I hope that helps
