How do you fix the Nikon Coolpix S4100 lens?
Lens will not open on nikon coolpix s3000 digital camera
Everytime you cut on your nikon Coolpix s210 it just says lens error what did you do and how in the world can you fix it?
Wat do you meen cut on? Who did wat? Take it to a camera repaer stoor.
You take out the battery, then put it back in....the lens will still be out but press the power button ( this turn on the camera again) then you press it again to turn it off
The best advice is to take it to a reputable camera repair shop. It may be a small problem such as sand or dust sticking the lens, but then if you try to fix it yourself you could break the camera increasing repair costs, at times, to be more expensive than a new camera in a similar range.
Pick up the lens, throw it in the trash, and go buy a new one.
The Grainy look of the picture is due to the setting called ISO (it's too high, just lower it and it should improve). If there is a lens error then I would have to say...don't jam or push the lens in. The lens turns like a screw so if you jam or push the lens you could ruin the threads within. Most times you would have to take the camera apart and clean it or… Read More

I had a similar problem with my nikon coolpix s550. very simple fix really... the card was originally formatted as FAT32. What i had to do is format it as ntfs then when i inserted it into the phone it asked me if i wanted to format it. i clicked yes and voila I'm good to go. but just remember to copy your sh*t off the card then you can re-transfer it back once its… Read More
Tech support says to 1-remove the battery and mem card 2-hold down the shutter button for 30 seconds (not the power button) 3-reinsert battery and turn on camera. I couldn't find these instructions anywhere, and it didn't fix my lens error problem. It may be a way to just restore default settings if you camera gets a software error, or if you just want to return to them for whatever reason.
When I go from manual focus to auto focus on my tokina 11-16mm lens on my nikon d5500 it stays on manual focus on the camera. How can I fix this?
There should be a setting in the back or a switch on the outside of the lenes

You need to be a qualified service repair guy to fix it or you call one of them up.
with the help of convex lens we are able to converge the beam of rays to the fix point.
A convex or converging lens can fix eyes with long sighted vision. A person who is long sighted cannot focus on near objects which can be corrected by wearing a convex lens.ÊÊ
Lens errors are fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension. There are several things that you can do to try to correct it. These home fixes seem to work for less than 50% of the lens errors. If the camera is out of warranty… Read More
-clean the lens -quality -keep still
some old enlarge lens-boards just had aplain hole in them so you needed the threaded ring to fix the lens in to the board
You need to change the focus on the lens. There should be a part around the camera lens that turns, this will change the focus of the camera.
A prescription for glasses or contacts can fix hyperopia. You can also undergo convex lens surgery but if it is a minor hyperopia, it can go untreated.
Hello! my best advice is to visit a local camera repair man, or your local radio shack. -Charles
Check with the scpe manufacturer.
The lens/laser could be broken.
You can try twisting the camera lens clockwise gently and it will go down. Do not push it down or else you will break it. Then try turning it on. It might work.
How do you fix the Xbox when it does not recognize any XBOX game you put into it how do you fix this?
It is possible that the lens on the disk drive may be dirty. If this is not the case, then your disk drive is probably corrupted.
first of all dont pee on ur ps2
In order to "fix" something, it would be very helpful to know in what way is it "broken"(??) For example... Is the assembly & lens Physically broken Glazed over Out of alignment Simply burned out Rephrase the question and relevant help & information should be forthcoming
Diverging Lens are use (reading glasses) to help correct the problem of myopia helping fix the focus which causes items far away to seem fuzy and blurry.
Get some alcohol and rub it on the lenses. Be careful! Use a cotton bud!
Most likely not. Dust will cause a game to run hotter and cleaning can fix a dirty lens or help reduce overheating, but will not repair broken hardware
how to fix error 4003 on your blackberry play book..its very easy take your playbook and face it to the sun for 3minutes and then put some water on the camera lens..and then thats it.

if the plug is receiving power but the lights wonbt come on you may have to replace the entire lens piece since the brake lights are not a normal bulb they are built into the lens
The long answer depends on what's wrong with the lens, but the short answer is easier. If you are not a trained technician with the proper tools, you don't. An exception is "lens errors". Lens errors are fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension… Read More
This all depends on not only the body condition, but also what lens you have installed. A scruffy model of a Nikon EM (Jokingly referred to as the "Economy Model) is worth around 25-29$ depending on the buyer. A cleaned lightly used model will go for about 30-35$. And with the "Hipster" generation just underway, and with the EM being a great film starting point, a top quality model can go anywhere from 40$ to… Read More

If it is not a removable lens, trash it and buy a new camera. It will cost more than the price of a decent replacement to fix it. The above refers to actual cracking or scratches on the lens itself. But if you're experiencing problems with the lens barrel extension mechanism (a lens error), then there are some things you can do to correct the problem. Lens errors are fairly common. You can try cleaning the lens to make sure there isn't any dust causing the error. You can also take the card and battery out for about 15 minutes and if your able to get to the menu after doing so do a factory reset on it and see if that fixes the problem.
You need to purchase a replacement taillight assembly for the side that is broken. The lens is not sold separately.
What do you mean fix lights? which lights? Are the lights not working or does it have a broken lens. If the light doesn't work, have you checked the bulb? Is it burnt out? Is the socket in good working condition? Did you use you test light to see if it has power? Is the fuse good?
On your eyes there is something s bit like a contact lens, which helps you see. The laser cuts through the lens and they move the lens so that it will help you see more clearly, the results of laser eye surgery are not 100%, my friend had it and his eyesight is opposite, he was short sighted, had the surgery and now he is long sighted. But it sure is better than glasses! (trust… Read More

If the blinker is not working on a Mazda 121, check the turn signal flasher. If the bulb needs to be replaced, remove the lens cover and insert a new bulb.

When i take a photo on my camera canon 500d there is a little blotch on the photo lens or censor. Any ideas how to fix it?
It could be due to a smear on the surface of the lens. Purchase a lens cleaning kit and follow the direction carefully to clean the smear. First, use the air blower to remove dirt and dust from the surface of the lens. This is an important first step because any disrt may scratch the lens when you try to wipe it clean. Then moist the lens tissue with cleaner solution and gently clean the… Read More
Often the Milky lens look is on older Cars as grime builds up over the years. I have found that treating the lens with WD40 will cut through grime and yellowing. Ensure you let is sit for a minute or two. Rub briskly with soft cloth. repeat if necessary. I would also recommend upgrading your bulbs to a high output bulb as some milkiness will still linger after WD40 treatment. Good luck!
Just try to polish the lens with a lens cloth and then take a picture with the camera. After that look at the photo carefully to see if the lens damage affected the image. Take a thin permanent marker and carefully fill in the scratch with ink. Then immediately wipe off any excess ink with a lens cloth. Look at the lens to make sure there is no ink outside of the scratch. The black… Read More
It is done in following ways: 1. By placing a proper(convex or concave etc.) lens with an apt value of focal length so that the final image is obtained exactly on the retina. 2. For very distant or small images two lenses are used with fix value of focal length. Among these two one lens is movable. So by shifting position of one lens we can get a sharp image of object. 3. Naturaly our… Read More
