The blower is common to hot and cold air. If it is only cold air that is a problem, then the problem is not the blower motor.
The blower motor is actually in the engine compartment, passenger side at the firewall.
AnswerDepends whats broken ie. blows cold, no blower at all ???????no blower at all

A broken blower fan. Had that on my Ford Explorer. Not a big deal to have a mechanic fix it, under $200
They're separate blower systems. Have you checked the fuse?
check water in the water tank and fill it up.
It came from the factory with a 650 cold cranking amp battery
Check coolant level..... hot coolant runs through the heater core and the blower motor blow air across it to create hot air........most likely a failing thermostat and. Possibly a water pump on its way out.
