Start by figuring out what the deficiency is. You could be looking at something as simple as a broken wire, or having to replace the window motor..... if you want to waste money throwing parts at it, that's your business.... otherwise, you diagnose it to narrow down the issue, then you make your repair(s) from there.
To fix a window that won't roll up on a Ford Probe, the door panel will have to be removed. The cable for the window will have to be restrung onto the pulley or a new one will have to be installed.
Replace the chain and both the cam and crankshaft gears.
Replace the motor.
Take it to the Garage
replace the black weatherstripping that goes around your window. Most part stores can get it for your car pretty cheap. and it just slips on.
The only fix is to replace the gaskets. Also check to make sure the head is not warped or cracked.

define the problem is door switch and not window motor.
Remove the 2002 Ford Explorer drivers side inside door panel. The entire window mechanism will be visible. Locate and repair the cause for the window malfunction.
