First check the TURN fuse. With key on check each signal left and right. One side not blinking could be a bad bulb. Check the 4 way flasher, this should light all blinking bulbs and also operates on a separate flasher, if everything works here then you may have a bad signal flasher (under dash near fuse panel) if all bulbs work. 4 way flasher is usually plugged into fuse block.
