I have '92 Cabriolet and just had this happen to me. It was a good sized relay under the dash under the glove box - pretty easy to get to. This relay also happened to fix an issue with the power sprayer for the windshield which wasn't working. I'm not a mechanic so this is only observation - don't know if the relay controls both. Bought the relay at GermanAutoParts.com for about $130.00.
To flip the back seat down.
There is a button in your trunk. Pull that out and a cord on the side of the rear seat. Pull that and voila! Rear seat is down!
on the coupe all the windows rolled down and on the hardtop roadrunner the back windows didn't go down, they pushed outward.
There is a little black knob on the top left back of the car you see when you raise the trunk lid. Pull that knob. If you close the trunk before putting the seat down it will push the knob back in and lock the seat again.

When only the back windows are down, they make a thumping sound because of the air tightness of the car's cabin. Roll down a front window slightly and this will go away.

Insulating walls and windows, weatherstripping doors and windows.
Check the window relay for the back windows of the Le Sabre. Check the wiring for the system as well.

Windows Key + I and click shut down.
If the whole computer completely shutdown, then you just need to press the power button again.
[windows key] + [D] - will minimize all the windows and show your desktop. Pressing it again will bring the windows back up. Note: You have to press the keys at the same time. If you're having trouble, hold down the windows key, and keep it depressed, and tap the [D] key.
pit houses don't have windows because, if it rained or snowed everything the Chinook's had would get ruined... and back then they don't have windows like we do that open and close when we need them... back then they had to build there houses so its not that easy just to build them shut when your cold.... then knock down them when your hot...

You have to put the windows in safe mood in order to shut down Win ME.
Ok that's weird. Try logging off first instead of shutting down first. I can't figure why that would happen.
